If it is determined that a player holds or has held more than one Account simultaneously, joker123 reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified Account and to void any transactions, bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication details associated with your joker123 Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. joker123 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

You may be required to submit a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, driving licence or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months) and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete the KYC process within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games and betting markets available on joker123 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game environment. In addition to those specific rules, the following general gameplay conditions apply to all users:

• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to give an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

joker123 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong bank transfers, as well as eligible debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise displayed.

7.1 Deposits

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit joker123's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

joker123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or otherwise prohibited activity;
• Failure to complete the required KYC process within a specified period;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Account holder or their payment provider;
• Determination that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Court order, regulatory directive or instruction from a relevant authority.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting joker123 support. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any verified real-money Balance remaining after settlement of open bets and applicable deductions will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

joker123 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, joker123 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
